The Older Gamers (http://www.theoldergamers.com/) is a huge international community of 'mature' gamers playing everything from Battlefield 2 to Enemy Territory. You name it, we've got a division for it. I lose track of our current membership, I think it stands at over 5000 now.

TOG Tharridon is one of three Vanguard guilds operating (the others being Targonor and Infineum). We will continue to be operational on the new PvP server following the merge, and we would love to pick up some new players from the populations of the three servers combined.

We are a small tight-knit guild with a fairly anti-RPK stance (the ROE are under review). Many, if not most guild members combine crafting with their adventuring and PvP activities, giving us a solid industrial base and well-equipped toons. We have a ventrilo server and extensive forums.

TOG is actively recruiting players from all time zones who meet our age requirement. It's a friendly environment and a place where we get that sometimes you just have to feed the kids, go to work, or take the significant other out to dinner. In other words, life comes first... but only just!

Sounds like something right up my ally. Unfortunately, I dislike PVP and am thankful it is separated from PVE by server in Vanguard. If you had a guild like this that was PVE oriented or at least neutral on the PVP/PVE stance, I think you would attract a lot of players.

In his post Basie says that they have guilds on 3 Telonic servers, 1 PvP the other 2 PvE. With the mergers coming they will be active on 75% of the servers. I realize his/her post was for people playing specifically on the PvP server, however id wager they would welcome applicants to any of their guilds in game (although dont hold me to it, thats simply my assumption from reading the OP).
