The caster one as far as I can tell is a 30 second mez (efreet only). It only works if a light-fighter type has 'marked' the mob with a similar eldritch ability. So if it's like the caster one (eldritch banishment), unless you have a scout-type with you who also has the eldtrich ability, it's worthless.

Not entirely correct, with the offensive eldritch vulnerability the banishment works 2 times instead of 1 on the same target. the caster one works 1 time even without the offensive vulnerability as I have understood it.

No, it doesn't. I (blood mage) just tested this and it doesn't work at all without the offensive vulnerability.

I have both caster and light fighter one on different toons. Light fighter has to mark the mob (1 minute timer on spell), once a mob is marked it can be mezzed twice by a caster with the spell.

The caster spell is a 30 second mez on a 1 minute timer, this means if you have 2 casters in a group you can keep 1 mob perm mezzed.

This is second hand information, but the tank one is supposedly ae hate similar to the rahz helm.

At what faction level do these spells unlock for purchase? Once unlocked, what is the cost in bags?

I cannot answer the faction question but cost is 50 bags - it was offered to me after I purchased the earring. No idea about faction, but considering that the ring alone is 3k faction it should not be too high above that.

The tank one is actually pretty cool. It acts as a taunt forcing a target to attack you for 2 minutes and reduces the damage they do by 50% as long as nobody hits it. Very useful but unfortunatly it has a 15 minute cooldown.

As far as faction needed you need 5k Full faction to unlock the scrolls and yes they are 50 bags.

did they get rid of the scrolls, i just did the weakness of the zull quest, before patch u got it, now it wasnt a reward
