Hi guys, I have currently been farming shards for the Xenn gear. At the moment I have the Cape, Mask, and Ring. I am trying to decide on what other piece to get but need some info on what the effects are.

There is the shield that has the effect "Composite Shielding" on it. I am looking for how long the effect lasts for, what it does and the recast.

I am also looking for the effect on the helm, it says it shields from mental attacks. Once again how long does the effect last for, how long is the recast etc.

Finally there is the fission shock weapons, my brother got the Fusion shock 2 handed maul and its great, not the highest DPS but the effect is quite nice, 25% snare 10% damage decrease to the mob.

Is the fission shock the same effect if not what is it?

Any answers would be greatly appreciated.

Oh yes in case anyone cares yes i know its a total grind, but really I am in no rush to hit 40 just taking it easy doing some dungeons and grinding some shards. Just being casual. I am in the right game right???=)

if you cant lev get the cloak
if you cant breath underwater get the mask
if you dont mind farming 30 extra shards get the ring

Nice reading comprehension. I already have the Ring, the Mask, the cape and just got the shield the other night.

By the way the effect on the shield is 50% reduction in all spell damage for 30 secs with a refresh of 8 minutes.

The effect is a little weak imo, I think it should be for at least 1 minute duration.

I am looking at the helm at the moment but can find no info on what the effect is. I will however get the longsword. The damage is meh at best but imo the effect is very nice for a tank and for soloing/duoing. 25% snare and 10% damage debuff to the mob.

People dont like the Xenn stuff and I have to agree its boring but I still think having items that have activated abilities are powerful and much better than some piece of armor that has 20 more AC and 5 more str on it.
