GU4 tommorow morning?

"Asking for information about an Update isn't a crime, but they way you ask it can mean a lot.
Game Update 4 will be making its way to the Live servers tomorrow morning."
Guess they are also locking/deleting a bunch of threads/posts asking information about GU4.
Tommrow morning eh? We'll see, we'll see. I will also note that she didn't say something like its estimated to be on live servers tommrow, or maybe it will or will not happen. She says it "will" happen tommrow morning, and yet doesn't give out when the downtime will be.
I don't believe her. Do you?

Gonna agree with Ashe on this. You're going to look silly and childish if it goes off without a hitch.
Ofcoarse, if it doesn't you will get to point a finger and say, "I told you so"....oh wait...that goes back to the silly and childish thing.

You mean customers? I did not find freestyle's question rude or whining, since the GU is indead late (past the announced delay date). Asking for an updated schedule when they failed the last one is NOT abnormal.
I cannot help but see that "a bunch of retards" has your name on the thread. If fact, you look to post more than anyone else (about equal with Scally).

Okay, instead of Corn Flakes this morning I am eating Crow. They did indeed let a pretty big bug through. As pointed out Reynolds in another thread the dismount bug is currently on live.
To his credit Silius has already stated that it *is* a bug and will be fixed very soon.
I just don't understand what QA process they use that allows them to fix it on test, yet upload it to live.

In Game/software development there is a tool called PerForce - it gathers all of the assets and updated files individual devs and coders have been working on (it all gets submitted to a "depot"), and then it is compiled into a final package. Having used this tool and others like it, I can tell you that there are times when it either doesn't update correctly or there is a mixup and the wrong file is sent to the depot. It happens.

lol, really, explaining how code can be misplaced? Yeh that's "rolling over". Talking out your @ss as usual. Just explained how software code gets rounded up, and you don't get it. This issue isn't how it happens, it's that it happens on a consistent basis yet it's okay! Simple mistake! Hell, that sums up Vanguard to a tee. One big simple mistake.
