Doesn't mean much unless we know how quickly they are being produced.
Won't get a chance to read those 'till Tuesday. Intarwebs blackout now due to the holiday. Stupid being homeless with no laptop poo.

It's a pretty uber one. I'm really surprised they don't have more faceplates. I guess they are trying to start doing that with the new G9, but the faceplate is really the only thing significant they changed, if you could even call that significant. (They also bump the DPI to 5k, like whatever it was, 4k? wasn't enough.)
Crazy, it's already back up to $70
I think the only thing that will beat out the G9 will be the Razer Mamba, but I haven't seen it on the market anywhere yet.

I'm not sure how many games use it, but I know Ventrillo has an option to have vent names show up there.
I think it can also be set to show CPU/GPU temps and such.

I'm actually surprised more games don't use it. Maybe now with the G19's better screen they will.
Personally I've always thought if I were rich I could make the "Gamer Companion", something like a 4" 640x480 LCD screen (or maybe 6" 800x600) for like under $75 with maybe a 4 way switch. Encourage game developers to put things like level maps, inventories, guild chat, things like that on there. Or think about an FPS where 100% of your UI is on the Gamer Companion screen - stats, weapon counts, mini-map, etc. Get it off your main view. I'd think it could be huge. Something that small wouldn't take hardly any extra graphical power (particularly if it were flat 2d effects), and would be cheap enough for easy adoption.

That's an excellent idea rabbit. It might be a ways off for your regular person to buy but certainly the next generation of gamers is much larger than the previous one so maybe developers will eventually take advantage of something like that.

Selling me used Asus 1000HE with 2 gig upgrade. Asking $250 here. (New is $300+$45.)
Original box, manual, squishy holder, 3rd party plug.
Currently has a crime scene sticker which can be removed. Only a teeny tiny scratch on the housing and screen in one corner (you'd never notice it if I didn't point it out.)
Gonna drop it onto regular selling sites on Thursday, so leme know if you / someone you know may be interested.
