Ive combed the vendor recommendations above, but can anyone point me in the direction of companies that build small box systems?

Huuummmm...

There is Falcon Northwest, but they tend to be a bit pricey.

I think Monarch Computers also will build a SFF one not sure.

Be aware though that the small form factor size really isn't a whole lot smaller. Something like the Antec Lanboy is very close in size yet has the flexibility of a standard size case.
