Open Beta and Sigil's Beta NDA

Nick Parkinson, Sigil's community manager, has confirmed that technically speaking, Beta 5, aka "Open Beta", will be starting this afternoon. However, their plan is to stagger the admittance to this new stage of beta. So, if you are a participant in open beta via the Fileplanet offer, the pre-order offer, or some other means and you still cannot get in today, try tomorrow.

We also now have confirmation that the NDA for beta participants is now officially lifted.

Congratulations to Sigil Games for this very exciting milestone!

As of yesterday, there were only two servers. "Beta" and "Beta (PVP)". Not sure what the list will look like today.

The beta's server list is currently Beta server and the second server for PVP testing.

No long list... yet :P

WooHoo no NDA.....I can now tell you that I run VG beta on 512 Mb RAM and a GeForce 5500.....it's pretty laggy, and not the greatest gfx but on the Beta forums a Dev posted that sometime this/next week they will be improving FX 5 series video card performance tremendously, maybe even triple what it is now (which still isn't that great

).

I just went and tryed to log in. I have not gotten an email yet. But I just went from a 2 hour download with cabel connection to over 8 hour download. It might take awile to get in.
