all the old 5 point assertions (the ones that cost 4 of a color) are now 4 point assertions costing 3 of a color.

Also from what i can tell the racial diplo cards are the exact same thing of the old 5 point assertions. (havent treid all the races yet.)

I don't think this is true... I have both 4 cost 5 point assertions and 3 cost 4 point assertions.

The cards did change. But they added cards with basically the same values as the ones lost in the change. The Demand 4/3 used to be 5/4 and the current 5/4 is a Racial card for me. Really ends up being virtually the same other than having a bit more to choose from.
