Well, it's late. I'm tired. I'll make it short.

Got my Outfitter to 8. Made a Novice Bag. Sold Bag to guy for Jute. Guy tries to mail jute, and can't. I try to mail him a test letter, and can't. This happened to me with two different people. I was standing next to the mailbox with 7 people who were also bugged. Then one guy would walk in, it would work for him, and he'd leave. We all petitioned, I'm still waiting as we speak, going on 4 or 5 hours now. I even bought something off the exchange to test, and it never got delivered.
I busted my butt to be one of the first people on the whole server (Hilsbury) to make bags. And this ruined my chance. *sigh*

Hope a Dev reads this...

I also don't show up on /who tekk all
It either says, Tekk, Unknown class lvl 0, or doesn't list me at all.

For the record, I'm lvl 8 Adventuring, lvl 9 Outfitting.

I as well as many others have this bug. You cant use mail, exchange, or send petitions. Maybe more. If you want to see if your bugged try to do a /who on your self. If you show as a lvl 0 unknown your bugged. I petitioned with my other account and have waited 4 hours with no response. I sure hope they can fix this. there are atleast 100 people on my server alone who are bugged like this.

I think there having issues with the social server. I had to relog about 5 times before I could finally get invited to a guild. because supposedly I wasn't online. so my advice is to relog and wait a minute afterwards to see if it clears up.
