Artificer Quest Question

I made Level 11 Artificer in Hathor Zhi (Dark Elf). I speak to Eralis Noldar and she allows me to specialize in Mineralogy and gives me a quest to make 3 focus items. I made them and turned them in. She then "teaches" me the finer aspects of mineralogy.

Problem is: She taught me nothing. No new recipes, skills, etc. She doesnt give me a follow on quest to get recipes or "seek a new trainer" or nothing. It just dead ends.

Is this normal? Am i missing something? Or is this the way its supposed to be?

Same here buddy. I finished up the Carpenting quest and got a big fat heap of nothing, can't even refine barbed timber.

While we are at this anyone know how to complete "Arming Hathor Zhi." There is absolutely no direction in that quest, neither is there any special recipes in my crafting abilities.

So glad to know I am not alone. I made level 11 artificer and was all excited to get new recipies since I hadn't had one since level 7. I completed the quest to choose my specialization (make 3 items..I want to be a mineroligist) and was fully expecting to be given the quest "seeking the trainer" like my friend the outfitter was. No quest for me. I even worked on my faction so I wold be able to complete this quest quickly! Dark Elf artificer here in Hathor Zhi....and a very frustrated level 11 minerologist! Anyone have any ideas for me? I've /bug and /petition -ed it to no response.

Go back to your original trainer, they will have the new recipes for you. The quest person doesn't actually give the recipes, its your original trainer.

Ok here's the deal, had to figure this out myself, the long hard way. I worked up my faction with Khal and went to the Crafting Hall, and was able to get the quest Seeking the Trainer from the trainer there. Apparently this must be bugged because if you start out in HZ no ones gives you this quest. What's worse you have to have good faction with both Khal and Neamsong Bunker to complete the quest. So just a heads up to my fellow DE crafters, you might have to work up some faction with Khal to even get "Seeking the Trainer" as I had no option for this from the trainers in HZ.

I am an orc, and got my seeker the trainer as a minerologist. I was supposed to meet a trainer in Tawar Galan named Layla Winroa or something like that, and I can't find her. The guards won't give me directions, and there is no location marker in my journal. I can't even find a crafting area at all in Tawar. Is it bugged?

she is alone behind one of the large trees near the beach
