Drox UI
Hey so i installed the latest version of Drox UI 2-1-2007, and i have had a couple issues with it, Every time my game crashes to the desktop it seems to set my whole UI back to the Default vangaurd one. I quit and sign back in and everything is back to normal, except for half of my Tool bars dont have the spells / macros in them, and i have to redo them every time, it gets very anoying.

This is only a guess, but I'd bet that it only writes the UI configuration (like window locations, etc) to disk on logout. Which means that if you crash, it doesn't write it. So I'd suggest you set your windows up to how you like them, then log COMPLETELY out of the game cleanly, then go back in. If it saves, then you should be OK through crashes even. If it doesn't, then obviously that isn't the problem, and there's something else happening.

you can change the UI that the game uses in the vgclient.ini. The instructions are on the forums at vgsohinterface.com.

When I crash to desktop and restart, I always get a message asking if I want to reset my default settings. I always say no because I know that means that the UI settings would also be reset. If you aren't getting this message on start up, then it might be going back to default settings automatically.
Here's what I would do...go in game, get everything the way you want it. Then log out so that the changes are saved to the vgclient.ini file. Then make a copy of the .ini file. Next time you crash to desktop, go into the .ini and paste that other copy before launching the game.
Hope this helps.

you could always do /saveui <name>
Then create a macro with the command /loadui <name> then you press the macro and it will load up the saved ui.
