Default Kojan hunting at 15

So I've done a lot of exploring outside of Tanvu, south to Jalen's crossing and a bit into the wood elven lands. I've seen some amazing sites, fought some scary beasts even run across some awesome gear. In my wandering I've found the jungle on the north side of the Tombs of Tsang, tough mobs there, level 18 +.

I'm having trouble filling in the gap. There's a nice area of 17+'s (4dots) but unfortunately nothing lower. My group tank is 14 (I'm 15) and we're looking for a new place to explore that's say, 14-17 in challenge (a gap between where we are and tombs).

We loved Magi Hold, it was awesome learning its mysterious and making our own adventure. We've done most of the quests we have, except for a few that point us to the level 18+ places. I'm wondering if there's someplace else we should be looking or, god forbid, a dungeon we missed?

Now I've heard up in martok there's Gulgrethor Fortress and the Gardens. But a brief exploratory jaunt to New Traganor found me staring down lots of level 40+ aggro NPC's (them orcs aren't too friendly with us Half-Elves/humans/woodies).

Are these places worth seeking out (i.e. finding away around Orc lands to them) or is there someplace better suited for a group of 15's looking for pre-Tombs content?

Gulgrethor is a nice area... great xp.

Otherwise try Temple of Dailuk on Qalia, or KGulch until 16.

I guess the question should've been more focused. Before my friends and I trek all the way up there, I need to know if Kojan has no equivalent.

And then if I am going up there, I'm assuming there are safe ways to get around New Trag so the NPC's there don't spank us due to faction issues?

If you've done the House of Fallen Leaves quests then no there really isn't. I suggest you head off to Three Rivers Village and Renton Keep in Thestra. Kojan seems pretty sparse on content in general and unless you want to endlessly kill Ulvari and Martok you'll have to go elsewhere.

Any aggro issues with NPC's in Thestra I need to worry about?
