he has installed the game, patched for hours, log on to consume his key, loaded into the character screen, clicked his toon to log on, gotton to the nice art screens and then it kicks him back to the character select screen he never gets into the world. is this a known issue, his computer is uber compared to mine and i've never had a problem.
