As has been noted elsewhere, I didn't get picked up for the continuing Vanguard team.

I've really enjoyed the time I spent on Vanguard. I got a lot of experience from it, and learned so much about the process as a whole. It's a shame things had to go this way, but I'm confident I'll be able to pick up the pieces and move forward.

Today is possibly the roughest I've ever encountered in my working life, but as they say, what doesn't kill you will only make you stronger.

There are still pieces and items you get from here that are used in the armor quests, but that's not the focus.

I see no faction grinding and such here to get to the big stuff Smile

Itemization is complete, though you might not have the patch yet. I did the majority of it and my team finished it up this past week while I've been taking a break to deal with some personal family stuff.

I'm pretty happy with the way it turned out. I'm hoping you guys get a decent challenge out of the encounters. They range from straight up toe-to-toe to "WTF am I supposed to do here?" fights.

I'd like your feedback on this place. Be brutally honest. If something sucks, tell me, and I'll tune it. Of course.. if you have fun in here, tell me that too Big Grin

OK look.. How about we drop all of the personal attacks, flames, and rants and just try to either help Dazzle with his issue, or just not post. You're not adding to anything but the frustration he's feeling by posting anything other than assistance or suggestions.

I'm not a programmer, I'm just a designer, so I don't have insight into the coding problems which might be causing this, but I'm trying to help out.

Dazzle, what is your character name that you're having this problem with, and what area of the world is it in? One thing you can try also is to delete the chunk map file you're in and redownload it.

Regardless, I'd suggest you send the same information I've requested to the GM's and ask about getting your character moved to another chunk in the meantime.

I'd suggest a couple things.

First, clear the cache as has been mentioned before.

Second, try a full file scan. Yes, I know it takes awhile but something COULD have become corrupted.

I've never had this happen to me personally so I'm just offering suggestions.

Keep in mind these aren't raid encounters. In most games, the average named isn't really anything more than a slightly harder version of something you've fought before.

I'm trying to do a little more than that here obviously.

As to when it's live (and COMPLETE), that's just a matter of when we patch next. If I had to GUESS (note.. I said guess!!), it'd be late next week.

I'm still working on itemization, and likely will be doing so throughout the weekend.

Itemization is ongoing. There are over 25 loot dropping NPC's in the dungeon right now so I have a LOT of items to make Twisted
