In my experience, when you go on vacation, you make sure that your backup is made up to date on what you were working on and can cover for you in your absence. I'm quite sure Ed needed and deserved his momentary respite, but to not have a backup for his duties, frankly, is inexcusable from the standpoint of both a customer and as someone who works in the IT industry.

Posting on affiliate forums is the best way to give us feedback as it opens ideas up for discussion.

We all read these forums and the other affiliates and share links or ideas or let those responsible for content know that there might be something wrong with an item or quest.

I probably spend 8 hours a day (4 on weekends) reading forums and responding to threads.

Be it at 3AM or 8PM while eating my dinner.
