Two named kills and some regular kills. Your luck in getting the named is probably going to be the major factor.

Thanks for reminding me about that. That isn't fixed in the next patch, but I've just changed it and it will be fixed in the patch after.

Yeah, it just wasn't fair to the unlucky classes that didn't have a trainer. I'd been meaning to do it, as shown by the presence of the empty hut, but just hadn't found the time.

I stayed late last night rather than playing (needed a break after playing all weekend anyways), and addressed some issues with Ceros Isle in Kojan that had been reported. There's still more coming, but next patch: The outpost now has trainers of every class. The two broken quests (Reckless Rhinos, and A Tremendous Atramentous) now update correctly. The drop rates on the components for the quests at 2k and 5k faction are now 4 to 8 times more common. The named that were missing their loot tables have been fixed. There's a new quest at max (20k faction) for a heroic mask. (For those who haven't been there: Faction is much faster than MoP. ~4-24 per normal NPC, depending on how powerful it is, with named worth more.)

Something to keep in mind is that a level 40 legendary item like this is roughly equivalent to a level 56 rare item, or a level 47 heroic item. You're not likely to see either of these, outside of raid / expansion gear.

We've changed the code internally so that instead of only having a chance to gain skill on a hit, you can now also gain skill on a failure as well. You're still going to have to spend some time to raise your weapon skills, but you'll be able to do it on even level content in the intended amount of time, instead of being forced to fight gray npcs to advance at a decent rate. This will be available to everyone in an upcoming patch.

Yep, Cylus has got it it right. We coded the change, and then a hotfix for the regionserver executable was created that was supposed to (but doesn't) have the fix. I believe another hotfix (with the fix this time :) ) is being created now, and should make it onto the servers in the near future (I'd guess no later than the 5 AM restart, but don't know for sure).

Ceros Isle isn't in bad shape either, 40-44. The violaceous area is fully itemized, and after the next patch, the viridian and atramentous will be as well (they're partially itemized now, a mistake took the loot tables off of some of the NPCs).

Been going on for Targonor almost 2 hours now.
It's fixed, and should be making its way to servers as a hotfix soon, if it hasn't already. Basically, an ability that one of the NPCs in there casts was changed in such a way that it could (sometimes, but not always) cause a region to crash. We've fixed both the code, and a problem with the ability (which wouldn't work correctly, even without the code problem) so everything should be in good shape soon.
