Ok I will clear up some of the speculation here before I leave.

1. SOE is not silencing me; please consider why you think SOE would silence a developer who is responding to his community. Regardless of how much you may dislike them they are not out to make you angry.

2. This has nothing to do with any hostility. Any of you who have been here or in beta I have put up with hostility much worse then puffy or Finnster can dish out. Generally the most aggressive posters have turned out to be the most passionate when it comes to Vanguards crafting system and the vision I put forth. I have had differences with plenty of people who have come and gone on this forum and at no point has it made me want to stop. I love to debate, have healthy discussions and I also like long walks on the park if anyone was interested =). I understand that the anonymity of a message board allows us to be very irrational about our response when the consequences of our actions are at most having to create a new non banned account. I accept that heated responses come with the territory and I expect all of you to not be surprised when you get them back.

3. This is a decision I have mulled over several times as the boards are important to me because (despite what some people may think) I love this community and I read issues and check on issues as much as I can. I gladly spend large chunks of my day looking into things outside of my work schedule because people scream that they need to be looked into. If you don't believe I care I cannot prove to you otherwise and I am not obligated to do so. I am still looking into the lvl 50 crafting gear issue (if I did not think it was a bug I would not be spending anytime on it Finn, Kilim, puffy, and anyone else who thinks I am dismissing it) I am also looking into various other issues that are reported as bugs here. I have a significant amount of work that needs to be done and I am sure you would all rather have me focusing on getting work done and bugs resolved.

Either way like I said there are several work related and personal reasons why this is happening and as I said a few months ago Jansan will more then likely be taking over as crafting lead at some point. But please do not expect him to have the level of communication I have had.

Sorry everyone but I need to make you aware of the fact that I will no longer be posting here. There are several reasons behind this some personal some work related but the explanation is not something I want to post details about. Either way when I do post it will be on the official forums from now on. Please continue to be the great community you are and treat the board moderators well. Jansan will still be ducking his head in and out here I am sure but I will no longer be responding here.

Grr no that one is set up right I am just an idiot sometimes. My list is including some extra work orders because of the way I did the search. Let me fix it quick.

I am not teasing when I say they should be on test because that is the knowledge I have when I post. We make a change and submit it to QA and there is nothing more we do from there until we get feedback.

We are still hammering down some processes internally while trying to work on the game so I am not completely aware of where data is at every moment hence me generally saying should be.

Nowhere, there are no mobs that drop pristine every kill.

Sweet just found some tables that had the smith resource and dusts attached to them but were for artificer thanks for mentioning that. This however has nothing to do with the boots and shirts since those tables are indeed attached, on work orders, and completely seperate from this. If anything you would have just gotten a shirt and or boots that could have dropped from a smith pack as well.

No I cannot

I am not saying it is A I am saying that the data kept there has been buggy since launch. Multiple discoveries of items, not recording people's leveling times correctly, etc.. That is why when people throw vgplayers data at me I cannot just give in and say yes you are right. For the most part it is relatively reliable but not something I would use as the end all be all when saying something does not exist or is broken.

As I have said before VGPlayers is not the most reliable source considering the bugs it has had in the past.
