Sounds like you might be remembering Adventure. The game has a maze where you collect items and search for the magic chalice, a big castle, and a dragon to fight.

I got an Atari Flashback 2 for Christmas this year. It has a ton of the old classic Atari 2600 games on it. Great toy!
