As Glip has revealed, there is a German edition sold on newstands, which is very different than the English version for two reasons: First, it has a different cover, which is not nearly as good as the English edition. Second, all the text is in German. Now I suppose, for us English speakers the English edition would probably be a better choice! So look for it!!

Heh, I think http://www.budplant.com, and most book stores will have it soon. If you can't wait, SQP has it now. http://www.sqpinc.com/Merchant2/mer...ategory_Code=AB Be warned though, SQP also sells some potentially offensive artbooks, but this link does take you directly to my book's page, bypassing the others.

Also as Glip posted, the website is currently being rebuilt, so I do apologize for the temporary downtime.

That'd be the German newstand edition of his newest artbook. As for what are the contents, it has an into by him, a foreward by Terry Goodkind and then paintings ranging back from his old TSR days all the way to EverQuest and his latest Goodkind covers in it along with a little commentary on each featured painting (and if its a Goodkind cover, it'll have his commentary as well)

As for the KeithParkinson.com website, that should be back up within the month with any luck

i bought this one today, with another book, which is about how to paint fantasy characters for yourself, and i want to know, what the content of keith's book is. if there are just pictures, or also much text, if anybody has this one at home, please tell me a bit about it.

thanks!

Don't know about that one, but Keith does have 2 books of his art out, as well as one full of his sketches and showing paintings as they are being put together, as well as pencil sketches (where the first 2 books are full paintings).

I'm not sure if the 2nd book is available yet, but we have some floating about the office, and it's awesome.

I just went to his website, http://www.keithparkinson.com, and it wasn't working, so I sent him an email seeing what's up -- it's usually there you can order his books and prints, etc.
