I realize it's the old-zone problem, but it is such a waste. Earlier in the day I tried LGuk, and the only people I ever find there is lvl 65 faction farmers (great quest design at work there). Again, what an amazing waste of a zone. I believe that Tunare is one of the oldest servers, so this probably contributes a bit, but I'm sure this is happening across all servers.
It really makes me anxious to see what Sigil has up their sleeves. A game that, at it's heart, takes all the good things about EQ, and fixes the bad things, is a game I will play for a looong time.

People still play EQ?

I kid.
