Double Dragon (Main Theme) and Contra (First Level)! Love that stuff.

Also alot of the Final Fantasy music.

Mario is also a good classic.

So basically what everyone else said too.

Mario Brothers -- Theme (Yeah yeah, I know, but hearing that always makes me nostalgic :P)

16 Bit-
Golden Axe -- All

32 Bit-
Halo -- Halo theme (Definitely second this one)

PC- Westwood always had killer soundtracks
Lands of Lore -- Soundtrack (note: Westwood game)
Command & Conquer (any) -- Soundtrack (note: Westwood game)
EverQuest -- Rivervale, Qeynos Theme, The Boat Song
Baldur's Gate 2 -- Theme
