New England DBs had a great game, but they definitely could have been flagged a few more times for interference had the refs wanted to. I almost think those two later flags were "make-up" calls for some of the missed ones earlier.

As for Brady juking Urlacher -- I'll take one missed tackle (and I'd bet money he thought Brady was going to slide) from him over 2 bad turnovers (agree that the other 2 picks were good plays by the Patriots) from Rex anyday :P

The field goal thing baffled me too... I mean they get a field goal, putting them down by 4. So if they get the ball back they still need... a touchdown. Oh well :P

Name one Chicago quarterback in the history of the Bears who is not named Sid Luckman that is better than Donovan McNabb, not to mention he was a Bears fan growing up. :P

Anyway, 9-2 certainly isn't bad. Its easy to pick a team apart when they're in the spotlight like that. But still... I really hope Grossman steps it up again.

Please don't cheat the filter, even if it may be time to give Griese a shot :P

I don't think they'll switch though. Personally, I'm torn. We've seen amazingly good Grossman, average Grossman and really bad Grossman. However, amazingly good Grossman is showing up less and less frequently now. I think it was pretty obvious Rex cost the Bears the game today. The defense gave him every shot and he blew it each time.

That said, Griese isn't the future of the franchise and while short term he may do better he's too old to be the long term solution. I'd been behind Grossman for a while, but now I'm not so sure though.

Man, why did Chicago have to pass on Donovan McNabb, gargh!
