Brad, the website's intro picture is really nice. But other than that, simple is better. You don't need flashy buttons and whatnot to make someone buy your product. I'm currently on dial-up, and I just don't have the patience to wait for that thing to load up.

A website shouldn't need flash. A website shouldn't need to be made out of images. A website should have a nice, pretty header, with a sidebar THAT ISN'T images, and the content in the center.

As someone else said. I shouldn't have to surf for ten minutes to find my log in button.
