The parley is seperate from the dialogue tree I put on him a while back. Think of the dialogue tree as the "adventuring" option, and the parley as the "diplomacy" option.

Eldor is a "boss parley." It is a standard parley with unique cards that is very difficult to defeat.

There is no choose-you-own-adventure, but he is repeatable since he has a full loot table - but only under certain specific circumstances.

Eldor has a parley starting at level 15. I put it in right at the same time I was in final testing for level changeover (as a way to escape the find/replace drudgery, and to advance one of my pet stories). I would check him right after any patch, especially the one with the level changeover.

I don't know for certain if I patch notified him, so I'm sorry, a manual check may be in order.
