1. Practice Charm - Should be fixed in next patch.
2. Luca's Quest - Luca's quest is a work-order driven quest. It never should have appeared in the quest log to begin with, and can't actually count against the 20 total.
3. The advisor should now discussion complications properly after next patch.
4. Deconstruction recipes are available in Kojan. They should be available on live right now. You do need the specialization flag to get the proper recipes.
