Ok so I am testing the disease bow again and I am getting the icon and it is doing damage just fine, the mudpool effect on the earth bow you mentioned is working fine as well. Is there something more you can offer so that I may be able to reproduce this problem. Or maybe tell me exactly what you think should be happening so I can verify things.

All bow effects are supposed to be chance on hit

OK first thing here, all bows are supposed to have continental effects as equipped effects. What bows do you have right now that do not have this?

Can you give me some more specifics on your test case because they are working fine for me. Did you test all of the effects in those tiers? What bows were you using? I just ran through them all for the 5th time and they are working correctly.
